Our imported laser cutting systems operate at speeds up to 30 meters per minute with cutting accuracies within 0.03mm. This technology eliminates burrs, reduces material waste by 15%, and produces cleaner edges that require minimal secondary processing. Unlike traditional stamping methods, laser cutting allows us to rapidly adapt to new designs and custom specifications without expensive tooling changes.
