State-of-the-art imported laser cutting technology ensures exceptional dimensional accuracy with superior finish, consistently, which is far superior to conventional power press methods. 

Our imported laser cutting systems operate at speeds up to 30 meters per minute with cutting accuracies within 0.03mm. This technology eliminates burrs, reduces material waste by 15%, and produces cleaner edges that require minimal secondary processing. Unlike traditional stamping methods, laser cutting allows us to rapidly adapt to new designs and custom specifications without expensive tooling changes.

The precision of laser technology is particularly critical for oil-immersed brake (OIB) plates, where even minor dimensional variations can affect friction characteristics and overall braking performance. Our laser systems ensure consistent hole positioning, perfect edge geometry, and uniform surface quality across every production run.
